Our Story

We started as a small team of builders frustrated by slow, sequential AI workflows and bloated hosted solutions. From a simple Python runner and a five-layer prompting pattern, we proved that parallel agents can turn hours of work into minutes — and that real value can live in a tiny, well-crafted tool you run yourself.

Our story is about shipping pragmatic software: small, useful, and honest — the kind of tools we'd buy for our own work.

Our Mission

Our mission is to build the governance layer that makes autonomous AI systems trustworthy in high-consequence domains.

We started with construction — automating bid processing across 17 trades with deterministic pricing and multi-agent verification. But the architecture we built isn't limited to construction. It's a constitutional framework: immutable rules that bound what AI can and cannot do, a deterministic computation engine that keeps math away from language models, and adversarial verification that catches contradictions before they become consequences.

That same framework governs command-and-control decision support, autonomous medical triage and treatment recommendations, legal document review and compliance enforcement, industrial safety monitoring and shutdown control, autonomous robotic governance, and human-in-the-loop hybrid systems. Nine embodiments, one constitutional architecture — because the principle is the same everywhere: if the stakes are high enough to matter, the AI should be engineered so it cannot guess.
